  1. so, i'm only eighteen and it's beyond me how i've accumalated so much shit

this is my first move that i can remember, my family moved from fairfield to vacaville when i was 2, but i really don't remember that,,,

so, i'm on the cusp of my independence so to speak, surreal as i say goodbye to my high school friends one by one, pack all my belongings in neat boxes one by one labeled with things such as "underwear, leah's posters and such, etc.'

to sum up my mood currently, in this transitional period to moving to San Francisco, the only thing i can realy think of is a quote by John Lennon

"Life is what happens when you're busy making other plans"

couldn't put it better myself old chap

  8. yea i dug bjm alot..i was a little tardy in seeing it (saw it for the first time last december) but i thought the plot made sense, and the movie went at a good pace to where it held my attention, and wasn't TOO avande garde at the same time, (tho i must admit it was a tad bizzare at times) well done, creative, and i sincerely wish there were more movies thinking outside the box like this one, by far one of the best i've seen to date.

  9. *michelle and leah at Staples on a Saturday afternoon*

Leah: (to staples employee) can i get this article of benicio del toro copied?

    Staples worker: sure no problem,,

    Leah: Thanks

Michelle: Leah, you are disgusting, he's so not hot

Leah: i really don't care, i think he's hot, even if he is twice my age, que-eva, i don't care i'm legal now

Michelle: ew, oh look there's a hot guy

Leah: yea he's kinda cute, not my type but attractive, look michelle here he comes,

Michelle: *this girl freakin RUNS away*

Leah: um,,, michelle where did you go?

Michelle: (comes back after five minutes of wandering around the paper goods aisle)

Leah: oh you're back (staple's worker returns with my long awaited benicio deltoro copies) Excuse me, do you know who benicio del toro is (inner dialouge in my head: JESUS! if she doesn't know who he is, especially after copying my article this is really sad, wait...the fact that i'm even ASKING her, especially after handing her an article ON benicio deltoro shows what little faith i have in the human race, but anyway)

    Staples worker: Yes

Leah: Do you think he is attractive?

Staples worker: (makes disgusted face) um...

Michelle: see leah i told you he was ugly

  10. fucking great movie, one of my favorites

i'm not a big fan of julliete lewis on the whole, but her performance in this did portray (as spiffy mentioned) a good portrayl of what a kidnapping is really like,

and also the way the actors handled the guns was very realistic, even for hollywood, i'm no weapons expert mind you, but i was impressed by the fact that pretty boy phillipe even handled the weapons with a seasoned pro

Del Toro (naturally) ithought looked like a bad ass, and id didn't expect any less from him, a stellar performance (and you even saw shades of a soft underbelly when he was nice to the woman they kidnaped) that man is sexy as hell, but wait, i digress..
