I called the plot to this movie when it was first announced. This is just another trainwreck waiting to happen.

I LOVED these games growing up. The theme for red alert is SO fucking badass.

10/10 day 1 pickup. 

Japan is getting Parasite Eve so...

I talked about this a bit on the show last night but - I honestly can't tell you when there was a point in life where one of his creations wasn't in some way a part of who I was. I can't tell you when I was introduced to comics or Marvel or the X-men. The things he's created have always existed in my life in some capacity. Honestly, I never even met the guy but I'm taking this a lot harder than I probably should. 

...damn.

I'm getting the notes together for the show tonight where we are going to talk about him. I'm not a big "celebrity death"  kinda guy - but getting these notes together is hard. 

I think this is one of the best, if not the best season (not done with it yet)

I only recently started/finished this. It's everything you'd want in a zombie show. Hell, you can nix the walking dead (mostly) from the title. The characters feel real, it doesn't outstay its welcome in its seasons (im looking at you farmhouse) and I found  it really enjoyable when walking dead main was a little off-course. 

The first trailer for the upcoming documentary The Orange Years has been released online. The film chronicles the origins and success of the cable channel Nickelodeon in the 1990s, featuring interviews with the stars and creators of the content that dominated the childhoods of those coming of age two decades ago. Shows like All That, The Adventures of Pete & Pete, and Clarissa Explains It All served to speak directly to kids without pandering, and they did so while also countering the more younger-skewing programming on Disney Channel. This trailer finds the stars and writers of those shows not only discussing the popularity of Nickelodeon, but how the guiding vision of Geraldine Laybourne allowed these series to traverse more mature content. It was precisely this mix of kid-friendly shows with a smidge of rebellion that made Nickelodeon so popular throughout the 90s.

This trailer makes this film a must-watch for someone like me, who grew up on a steady diet of Nickelodeon programming. Directed by Scott Barber and Adam Sweeney, the film is due to premiere on November 15th at DOC NYC at the SVA Theater in New York City (click here to buy tickets), but doesn’t yet have a release date. One imagines someone like Netflix could pick this up to great success. Here’s hoping we get to see it sooner rather than later.

Co-Host (Hector) has a theory that Walter never died and when he's shown in the movie he will be serving time behind bars (he didn't get away with it). 

Would that hurt the ending of the show?

It was...fun? TBH the whole season felt more like a setup for Curse of Darkness than a final conclusion to CV3. (no throne room fight really?)

The directors says /if/ there is one - the cranes story is done and they would move on to another story. 

I mean, its ok I guess...

Come on, its grant denasty -because...i dunno, he nasty or something. 

Went to see Harley Poe this weekend (he was the opening act) and found and fell in love with the main act. It's pretty fitting for spooky time. 

You really should. My earlier comment still stands - they stopped giving a shit about book continuity and did their own thing and the show is way more fun for it. Penguin will always be gay in my eyes going forward. 

Did it actually ever come out? 

One of the reviews i read called it the horror version of "this is us."

Can't say i disagree. 

My GF and I actually tore through this show this week and really liked it. Yeah she's not a good actress - or maybe they made her intentionally one note but the puppets made up for it and I really did get a good chuckle several times. 

Its hard to tell WHAT audience this is for (I mean, Dita von Teese is in it) but I think it's worth a little bit of your time if you want something a little more light hearted and baking related for your Halloween.

Finished up to 6 and 7 last night. 7 def feels like things slowed down a little but I think that has more to do with 5 and 6 being so fucking potent. 

Also the fact that MOST of ep 6 was shot in one take was fucking insane. (theres a total of like...3 cuts I think)

I'm pretty sure we need less CW DC shows and not more - plus, its superman. Come on. 

I mean that team pretty much already remade horror before when they did "Jeckyll" forever ago. (during 10s run on Who). Jackyll wasent bad so im curious how this will go.
