Scary Eire pioneered hip hop in ireland, and toured with U2, The Beasties and Public Enemy when in europe. The Rubberbandits are a Limerick based group famed for wearing store bags over their head to protect their identity. They rose to fame from prank phonecalls and eventually branched into making hip hop. Captain Moonlight is a Kilkenny chap with a penchant for controversy.
