MyLeakyBucket Posted October 14, 2002 Posted October 14, 2002 Tomorrow, my uni cinema is showing 'Dog Soldiers', a film I missed the first time round and was a bit pissed off about. Problem is I have American Footie practice at the same time, and its pretty important that I go. What should I do. Is the film definitely worth a big screen showing as I'm sure I'd inevitably see it on video? Help! Quote
TopDawg540 Posted October 14, 2002 Posted October 14, 2002 Reading over the question it sounds like you answered it as you asked. The practice is pretty important and the movie you'll be sure to catch on video in the worst case. Head to practice and catch the movie later. Quote
The NZA Posted October 14, 2002 Posted October 14, 2002 Depends on the position you play too, i think, but no so much. SpiffyTee was talin to me yesterday bout Dog Soldiers, i think...what's the plot details on that one? I might be thinkin of another movie. Quote
MyLeakyBucket Posted October 15, 2002 Author Posted October 15, 2002 I think I'll head along to practice and try to find it on video. I believe its a low-budget but cool action werewolf movie. Don't really know much about it apart from that. Much obliged for your wisdom. :mmm: Quote
soldier of fortune Posted October 15, 2002 Posted October 15, 2002 Dog Soldiers is well worth watchin, good on the big screen, but if you have a big tv there is little difference. Then again, less aches and pains watching a film, rather than American Football practice! :approve: Quote
MyLeakyBucket Posted October 15, 2002 Author Posted October 15, 2002 Went to practice I'm afraid. I happen to enjoy the aches and pains, especially when I inflict them. :sly: Quote
Reverend Jax Posted October 16, 2002 Posted October 16, 2002 American Football? Jeesh, do you Old Worlders need to try being like us in EVERY way? Quote
