So I ask you Miami ladies, if we get someone willing, maybe NZA to show us exactly how boxing is supposed to be done and we have decent head/face protection, anyone down to box? The NZA Posted March 10, 2012 Share Posted March 10, 2012 again, it's $40 to box for one year at tropical park - i can show you intro stuff at the house, but i'm rusty on form, you're gonna want a few months of footwork/shadow-boxing and drills before sparring, but the whole thing is great cardio, so if i can help out, i'm down!
