The NZA Posted October 18, 2022 Author Share Posted October 18, 2022 damn. i do wish i'dve sen this in theaters, but it's a standout film - he's so good at both revisiting classic horror genres & subverting them, as well as writing character bits that draw you in & raise the stakes. i realize most works are gonna be in the shadow of Get Out, but this was excellent the scene after the steven yeung/rodeo massacre with the house being bathed in blood...holy shit, what a payoff. absolutely raises the ante and all that from a movie that literally built on the 2nd act question of "what if it's not a ship" Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
