The NZA
Zebraman was great fun, props to Junker for recommending what Heartless called "the feel-good superhero movie of the year". Being a failure as a teacher and a familyman, Shinichi tries to escape everyday live by dressing up as "Zebraman", the superhero. Although the TV series whas canceled after only 13 episodes, this cannot stop him from acting out his escape fantasy in a self made zebra-suit. He gets more then he could ever wish for, when his black-and-white dressed alter-ego seems to be the only thing to stand between absolute (green) evil and a happy ending. Zebaman is like Ultraman or Power Rangers, only awesome. I truly had no idea what to expect next in this one, but it was good fun getting there. A must-see, if even just for the theme song. This movie makes you believe in your dreams, even if theyre odd.
Maldron
Saw this when perusing the archives to see if topics had been made yet. Gotta say - this was a hilarious movie. Like Kick-ass, except he was secretly a hero all along. That wasn't the case in the manga, apparently.
Maldron
Well, I guess even if nobody but NZA and I cared back in the day, he still deserves to know that a sequel is out. <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQG_g1HVuXs?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param'>http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQG_g1HVuXs?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQG_g1HVuXs?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object> Something about a Zebra Queen? Lycaon
Hmmm... I don't think'd noticed this thread before now. Anyway, I think I have the first one DVR'd and saved somewhere on our list at home. I'll have to dig it out sometime and give it a try.

Mr. Hakujin
Huh, never heard of this. The synopsis sounds interesting. And it's done by the same guy that did Sukiyaki Western Django. I'll have to hunt a torrent down for this...
