crimsonfire Posted May 21, 2006 Posted May 21, 2006 The man is a legend. Lets not forget the other half of the creative brain behind Spaced: Jessica Stevenson!!! Simon Pegg is in MI:3 ya know. thats hollywood for ya. stealing all the geniuses from this side of the atlantic and puttin them in roles that don't live up to their godliness.
The NZA Posted May 22, 2006 Posted May 22, 2006 hah - jont, whered that clip come from? Ofifical Spaced thread - this shit's funnier than most sitcoms ive seen. Im halfway through season 2 or so, waiting on LL and the dissapointment that there's no more of it yet.
the division of joy Posted May 22, 2006 Author Posted May 22, 2006 apologies if i half stole your thread, but spaced, possibly the best thing ever to grace a dvd disc... you wouldnt happen to be a black books fan?
The NZA Posted May 22, 2006 Posted May 22, 2006 no apologies; the man deserves his own thread for his other works, too. nah, not familiar with it, i only know him from Spaced and Shaun of the Dead - what's that one?
the division of joy Posted May 22, 2006 Author Posted May 22, 2006 black books, different comedian, few cast members from spaced make an appearence in it, more random comedy, but its amazing... and he has his finger in many a pie... shaun of the dead.... i think i nearly wet myself at one stage
Jont Posted May 22, 2006 Posted May 22, 2006 It was a sketch show called Big Train, most of the cast of Brasseye appeared at one stage or another in it. There's a clip from that show on Youtube with a Sam Peckinpah style shoot-out between the Bee Gees and Gladys Night (I think) that needs to be seen, but I can't be arsed with finding it now.
Ganny McVagflaps Posted May 22, 2006 Posted May 22, 2006 Big Train was class. Can't go wromg with Graham Linehan and Arthur Mathews.
