Jables
Because you're so damned spastic for animals I gotta have you. Read WE3 as well as Pride of Baghdad. I've mention PoB before but forgot the hidden wonder of WE3.
crimsonfire
I have a hard time taking anything with talking animals in it seriously but hey i guess i said the same thing about super heroes to begin with.
Silent Bob
I still haven't gotten a chance to read We3 yet, but I also vouch for Pride of Baghdad. Great stuff.
Jables
Acch. I gotta say, the finest thing about pimping books to the uninitiated, is they make you wanna reread 'em with a fresh set of eyes. On face value I held the same opinion of PoB to start, but once reading it I feel richer for doing so. Crim- WE3 is sitting on top of the vertigo section. Go read it now(unless you're doing dishes there's nothing more worthwhile you could be doing :P). It's not talking animals in the conventional sense. Trust me(the fuckhead). Jables
It is, but it isn't. I'd rather you read WE3. :I How do you post with soapy wet hands?
crimsonfire
Is that a euphemism for something. God knows we have plenty of that already... Still soldiering on through Watchmen. Although I mainly read it on the toilet so the smell of crap will be deeply ingrained into its pages by now.
Jables
And Alan Moore wouldn't have it any other way. Hurry up and finish it so you can move onto other equally if not more worthwhile books! Talking animals damn you!!
MetalHeart
Amy lovingly let me sit and read Comrades of War at her place yesterday. It was pretty good! Confined to 4 issues, which my only beef is that it could have been much longer with more story.

crimsonfire
Thought I'd dust the cobwebs off this old thread to show you all a picture of my humble nascent collection. You may be wondering where the hell Gone to Texas and Alamo are well some awful shit took a loan of the former and never gave it back and I simply haven't gotten around to buying Alamo.
