The NZA
Some big Nintendo ones (you know, beyond Mario Kart: Double Dash, which is in a week or so i think) Feb 9th: Metroid: Zero Mission - "Samus' newest latex-clad space adventure and apparently loosely based on the original 1986 NES Metroid's maps..." I dont know, does that mean more like Prime or the GBA Fusion? For those that didnt play it, Fusion was a dead-on sequel to the gameplay of Super Metroid, which was damn fine. Either way, ill be happy. Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles - "Square Enix's fantasy epic attempting to bring Gamecube and Game Boy together in the epitome of connectivity." Ive a thread on this one - its a hack & slash, zelda-like, that forces teamwork. Im extremely curious, far more so than i am on FF X2 or XI. So, all i have left to find out about is this rumor of a Zelda: Four Swords on Gamecube, i wanna see what theyre addin. Dont forget, Metal Gear: Twin Snakes this month, too! And just for me, Seven Samura 20XX for ps2...february's gonna be a helluva month.

Newtype
Ubisoft has revealed that it will publish Lunar: Dragon Song for the Nintendo DS, an dual-screen exclusive sequel to the Lunar series that's spanned multiple systems including the Sega CD, PlayStation, Saturn, even on the Game Boy Advance in a portable remake of the popular Lunar: Silver Star Story.. Lunar: Dragon Song will be the first original Lunar sequel in a decade. Lunar: Dragon Song takes place a thousand years before the events that unfolded in Lunar: The Silver Star. Here, players control Jian and his group of friends Gabryel, Lucia, Flora, and Rufus battling invading demons, all the while unfolding the twisting plot of the adventure. The game, developed by Japan Art Media in conjunction with GameArts, will be the first official fantasy RPG to hit the Nintendo DS in the US. The game will feature a series of new mechanics to the familiar genre, including a Light & Dark system that require players to transform dark enemies into beings of light in order to defeat them. A Battle Card system is also in place, where players collect cards of specific power and enhance their party members with their abilities. Lunar: Dragon Song will support both the Nintendo DS system's wireless capabilities as well as its microphone function during the gameplay. Using wireless, players will be able to share rare and unique items with other players in their own games. With the microphone, players can command specific situations by giving orders directly into the built-in mike.

MusicManiac
Zelda delayed again... After much discussion, the Zelda development team has requested extra time to add new levels, more depth and even higher quality to Zelda: Twilight Princess," said Nintendo of America's vice president of corporate affairs, Perrin Kaplan. "Consequently, we're announcing a new global launch in 2006, after the conclusion of this fiscal year (March 31). We'll provide a specific date at a later point in time. While this may come as a disappointment to many eager fans, it will absolutely enrich the game and make it a multi-million seller. I want this godamn game sooooooooooooo bad! The NZA
i know no one loves the delays, but....Miyamoto's pushed games back before, and theyve been absolutely priceless when they drop. I hope they take their time, cause ive yet to play a weak Zelda game. How bout s'more RPG dates? FF XI, next Suikoden, Xenosaga etc if theyre comin....? MusicManiac
Contracts is excellent, with a great backstory to it, Hitman 2 (Stealth) Silent Assasin is also the balls and can be picked up for under 20 bucks. Start of with those 2 and you will have more than enough gameplay before going on to Blood Money.

Jont
I don't know if anyone here has played the last game, but Half Life 2:Episode One the first game I bought and downloaded* on-line has just been unlocked. I'll let you know if it's shit/ a waste of money/ not long enough shortly. Well hopefully not too shortly. *actually, I bought Half Life 2 on DVD and had to wait around an hour while it decrypted files and downloaded shit, which begs the question, what was even worth putting anything on the disc.
