Ganny McVagflaps
What's your favorite? At the moment I can't get "Make Believe" out of the record player but it's never gonna be "Pinkerton". As much as I love "Weezer", and as much as it sucks to choose, the second record is what it's all about.
Reverend Jax
I'm leaning towards Weezer. Pinkerton and The Green Album are good, but both are too short. At least The Blue Album breaks the 40 minute mark. The Green album is under 30 minutes! What the fuck is that!? Bullshit, that's what. Still haven't got Make Belive, but I'm guessing it's the goods. Ganny McVagflaps
Aw ya gotta get it. It's really fucking good. I was expecting the worst and the first few listens I didn't know what to think but I've gotten really into it now. As for blue being the longest it's that damn "Only in Dreams" that does it! Great fucking track though.
Reverend Jax
Only in Dreams is the shit. I think it's my favorite track on that album. In between molecules of oxygen and carbon dioxide! And I wouldn't care if they released an album with nothing but one 45 minute song on it, and album's play time is going to become a factor when deciding between great albums like this. Except for the Violent Femmes. I don't give a shit that that album is just 35 minutes, it's one of the best records of all time.
Ganny McVagflaps
Did you pick up the Blue special edition? That was fucking great. Another thing about Weezer that pisses me off is that some of their best songs aren't even on any records. Weezer Nation had fucking hundreds of unreleased tracks (including "Songs from the Black Hole", what "Pinkerton" would've become if they had've gone with the original plan of the rock opera) but they're down at the minute. It's a damn shame. You gotta hear "Prodigy Lover" and "Lover in the Snow". Great fucking tracks. "Prodigy Lover" is on the DVD too though. Reverend Jax
Yeah, Suzanne and Jamie are both awesome songs, neither of those are on one of thier albums.

MetalHeart
Mmm it's been a long time since I've listened to Weezer. I've never been a hardcore fan, but they are a great soundtrack when you're alone in the car, windows down, and driving long distances... Reverend Jax
Yo, 2T, the Weez's site took down their rarities page, you got some of the dem unleased/b-sides shit you could send me?
Ganny McVagflaps
I had everytrack on it but after my computer got fucked up I now have nothing bar the 5 or 6 I put on my girlfriend's Ipod. It's a shame 'cause that site was so fucking good. Hopefully it'll be up again soon. I want 'em again....
Reverend Jax
It's been replaced by a live recording site, so I'm sure it was a copyright thing. They set up the site, and Geffen told them to take it down.
Ganny McVagflaps
Weezer.com has had it linked to them for the longest time though. As it was all demos direct from the studio I'm sure that there was some link in there. Â I'd say as soon as the heat from "Make Believe" cools down it'll be back up. If not I'll be pissed. I never make backup copies of anything and now I pay the price.
Ganny McVagflaps
Well slap me on the ass and call me a bitch... Â here's some..but not all of the tracks from weezernation. dante
It's hard to say which is the best album. Plus I've only really listened to Make Believe which I fucking love the first two songs, and Pinkerton. I hear that the Blue album is good and the green album too. I think they should already have a best of CD. Who's got B-sides?!
Reverend Jax
Yo, 2Track, gave Make Believe my first listen today. Sounds like the type of album that will grow on my, so I'm gonna give it time. Lots of songs don't sound very Weezery, which is upseting, because Weezer is the first place I go to for Weezery songs. They're like my #1 source for Weezerity. Freak Me Out didn't jump right out and grab me on the first listen though. good shit. I'll report back soon.
Ganny McVagflaps
I didn't really take to it at first either but after a few listens I was hooked. I wanna know what you have to say after a few days...or joints. Either way you're sure to have enjoyed it even more.
Reverend Jax
Well, I'm on a real Police kick right now. Can't get enough of them, expect for Walking In Your Footsteps. I fuckign hate that song. Â I'll get back to Weezer soon enough.

mysterytramp
Have to say I haven't liked a Weezer record since Pinkerton. They all have a few good songs on them, but in my opinion they're not great albums.
