The NZA Posted November 26, 2008 Share Posted November 26, 2008 holy shit, this was great. this was like the action movie you needed to see after Hotel Rwanda. the only thing that makes me very, very sad is watching the trailer for season 7 and realizing, while there's one aspect that looks interesting, its back to the old formula basically and seems to have nothing to do with this. im sure there's gonna be shit crossing over, but... i want jack in africa, taking down warlords. its like this leftist die hard fantasy for me, seriously. also, i love that this show vilified amnesty a few seasons ago and made bitches of the UN this one. it plays politics on both ends, but not subtlely, and its almost funny to see it. anyway, the forthcoming trial of ollie north for jack's crimes should also be fun, and the villain for this new series sounds awesome, but...dammit. Jack is better than Tony on the field (Tony was a desk agent long before he went field) and 2. this is about the corruption conspiracy, not the immediate problem.
