Ethan was a doctor in both realities. In S3 he was there with Richard Alpert recruiting Juliet. Also that was the reason he went after Claire. Ben even says Ethan was a surgeon, but WTF knows what that guy says is accurate. My Sayid theory is pretty much just what the show's implied already.

If only I could. If only I could. I actually saw that one on a date. Yeesh. Didn't end well. Cop Out looks kinda meh to me. I'll likely wait for the DL on that one... Also want to put my 2cents in on Predator 2, I also agree it's way overhated. I agree w/ pretty much everything Baytor's posted on it.

Oh Spiffy, ye of non-LOST obsession... Darlton is the Brangelina-esque name given by fans to the two guys in charge of the show: Damon Lindelof + Carlton Cuse = Darlton. They do podcasts and shit and are celebs in the world of LOST fandom. Who/what Sayid is now is pretty much answered for me. I don't know what to tell you, E. I love 'em both. If you roll your eyes all baytorh8r at the first episode then just don't bother w/ the series as it sets the tone of all the seasons beautifully. It's not as wide in scope as The Wire and definitely has more pitfalls (especially in the latter seasons), but I'd have to say if The Wire is the #1 cop drama of all time then The Shield is a close #2.

Oh, most definitely. The Wire is a different beast in it has a much broader scope. This series is much more narrow in its tales and has been called "Shakespearean" due to the focus on its morally questionable protagonist and the shitstorms he incurs.

Well any answer to your speculation is moot now, spiffy as we got our answer as to Sayid this episode. Overall this last episode was one of the most diasppointing hours of LOST I can recall watching. If this were a S4 or S5 episode, yeah, I could cut them some slack. But this is SEASON LAST! Step it up already, Darlton! My quick take on S6E3: The Good: The Bad: The Ugly:
