  1. Finished this last night (had to let NZA watch without me because I didn’t have time and wasn’t gonna make him wait). But holy shit. That was a very satisfying season! Season two started out AMAZING with Punisher but ended horribly with Elektra. I hated every moment she was on screen. So I came into season 3 looking for redemption and I got it.
  2. “And I said to Jack, what if his skin turns green?” I’d never seen this one. It’s so awesome!
  3. Daaaaamn. He just said what I've been thinking for years (about the work being derivative and him being a cretin).
  4. Yes. I really feel like Walt had to die.
  5. Had to think long and hard, because I've always thought the show was perfect, start to finish, and didn't need anything else (not even Saul, but that turned out great). So my first instinct was to be hesitant about this, but seeing it's Jesse's story made me happy. His character was such a fucking delight and one of the most fascinating arcs I've ever seen on TV. So I guess I'm down for this. I'd have to binge the original series to prepare. Have you ever seen something so good, you almost don't want to revisit it for fear of running how perfect it seems in your head? That's me with this show!
  6. Episode SIX? Did you keep watching after I fell asleep? ?
  7. ‘Daredevil’ Season 3 Lost 57% Of Its Viewers From Season 2
  8. I think I'm good either way. As a standalone, I feel totally satisfied by this season. But if we got a sequel, it could be interesting as well!
  9. Yeah Rob Zombie’s was an interesting reimagining. I thought he did a great job with it. But I really appreciated this one as a love letter to the original. It was straight up classic slasher flick and I enjoyed the hell out of it! I agree with your spoiler tag but still loved it as a whole!
  10. Just in the trailer alone she seemed like a horrible actress! Shame because the concept and set designs and all that are really unique and interesting! I kinda wanna watch just the baking parts because the stuff in the video looked really cool.
  11. Soylent Green is people.
  12. Yeah, as a kid it was definitely creepier! That's funny, though. I used to fall asleep watching The Exorcist growing up! It was like my fun nighttime movie. Probably helped that I didn't leave possessions were possible, so it wasn't very realistic to me!
  13. Ughhh Nick and I are on different schedules weekdays and we can't watch until the weekend! I keep seeing people raving about the whole season and I want to catch up. And with Daredevil this weekend, we may never leave the couch!
  14. I think the older kid actors are pretty great! The younger ones need some practice, though. Hoping with good direction, they get better as it progresses. They're not bad enough to be distracting, just noticeably less talented. We've really been spoiled by It and Stranger Things. The bar for child actors is crazy high!
  15. HOLY SHIT. We just watched the first episode and that’s not just the best horror TV show I’ve seen in I-don’t-even-know-how-long, but it beats out any movie I’ve seen recently as well. It was tense, creepy, often straight up terrifying. Very well written and the cast is fantastic. Not one second was boring. I hope rest of the season is as good as this first episode! I’m super hyped for this!
  16. We watched Candyman last night. It was pretty silly. Very 90s and doesn’t quite hold up. It’s bloody and brutal and has a few decent jump scares so I can see why it was popular back then. But, the more the Candyman spoke, the more like a normal human he seemed as less scary he became. This original list of movies has some great films but some are really victims of their time. Poltergeist is also horrible if you try to rewatch it today.
  17. I’m game. We can’t possibly all this horror into the month of October! Gonna have to make the rest of 2018 spooky AF.
  18. This thread got me like Creepy shit just makes me so...happy. I went back through the entire thread and there are some gems in here!
  19. This makes me want to watch the original version! I haven't seen it in years. Also, I know it's been a bit, but I'm not sure I'm ready to hear Robin Williams as Genie just yet. Also, is anyone legitimately excited for Disney live remakes? I feel like I want to be, I just can't make myself care.
  20. Damn, the twins they got to play Gage actually look like the original Gage from the 80s version! I wonder if they'll be as fucking creepy as that kid was. This looks good but why are we getting a trailer six months in advance? I don't think it needs/warrants that kind of extended hype.
  21. I love love love Sheen and Tennant! I didn't realize this was a series. That's pretty cool! Has anyone read the novel?
  22. Meh. I’d be more interested in seeing a set pic. This highly edited publicity shot does absolutely nothing for me.
  23. James Gunn Will Write DC’s SUICIDE SQUAD Sequel More.
