Reverend Jax
What underdog film beat the odds to take the 1976 Best Picture Oscar against the stiff competetion of more likely-to-win nominees like "All The President's Men," and "Network?"
Silent Bob
Greatest underdog of 'em all, Rocky. It also beat Taxi Driver. Speaking of the Oscars, here's kinda a vague one... Who are the only three actors to ever be nominated for both Best Actor and Best Screenplay in the same year? On second thought, just name at least one.
Reverend Jax
I'll name all three. Sly Stallone, Orson Welles and Charlie Chaplin. And, yes, it beat Taxi Driver, but Taxi Driver was considered even less likely to win than Rocky. All The President's Men and Network were the two favorites. Who played Pontius Pilate in The Last Temptation of Christ?
Silent Bob
Bowie. What's the only X-rated film to win Best Picture?
Ganny McVagflaps
Did Midnight Cowboy win? That's the only one I can think of. I won't ask another unless Schuler Bib tells all. I'd check, but it'd make me feel dirty if I were wrong and I'd be tempted to cheat then
