Drifter Posted December 26, 2008 Share Posted December 26, 2008 From the series commentary, the character Early wasn't suppose to be a reader but instead was suppose to be so intuitive to almost have the same qualities as a telepath. The operative on the other hand had no such intuition, he was just incredibly thorough, and was able to do monstrous things because of his hardcore belief that he was doing bad things for the greater good. DKS01 Posted January 22, 2009 Share Posted January 22, 2009 When it came out, I didn't know what it was, or care about it. Someone at work whose tastes I usually share recommended it. So I rented it and watched it late one night and was impressed enough to go and buy it next day, then followed up with the series so I could see the backstory that I'd missed.
