In Honour of it being Pancake Day! (Shrove Tuesday to the good christians among us) this is a thread for you!

 

Ok, i realise pancakes are consumed more regularly your side of the pond, but what do you eat your with?

 

I love em with Maple Syrup, or Icing Sugar and Lemon Juice!

 

Here's the recipe i'll be using for the pancakes later!

 

250 g flour

100 g sugar

7 g baking powder

1 Tbsp vanilla extract

1 egg

1 egg yolk

500 ml milk

30 g melted butter

60 ml vegetable oil for frying

 

Fillings to be decided later!

Honey Onatop, twist of lemon ( anyone get that reference? ), sugar. Makes for one yummy pancake.

SOF thank you very much for your lovely recipe. I have already started to buy the supplies and I just can't wait to taste my very first batch. Later today I plan to also cut off my manhood in order to more like you and bake even more.
