Just dropping by to say hello. Between full-time work and dial-up during the summer, lost my passion for the interweb for a bit. Hope everyone is enjoying the good weather and kick-ass Red Sox and I'll be back to my regular posting ways later in the summer or come September I reckon. Peace.

Nice work SB, she is great. Staying on the musical theme, here is my fave girl guitarist, Charlotte Hatherley, form Ash. She's a right dirty minx and well as a great musician. Also, fairly crappy band but great looking lead singer - Amy Lee from Evanescence.

Green Day! Good stuff. Had most of my whirlwind week and a half of gigs so far. Saw Bloc Party (for free!!) last week and then had a college summerfest with Less Than Jake, Dropkick Murphys and Moby on saturday. Saw Trail of Dead on tuesday (including getting my sorry drunk ass temporarily kicked out for being too kool for skool) and seeing Ash and The Bravery tomorrow night, which should be great. Might also see some a capella this weekend.

Damn straight it is, I love it. It is certainly not for everyone, only the more dedicated of fans. If you're not, better off with the best of. As for my fave album I can't get enough of, definitely In Utero. Never too far from my stereo, too many great songs, one for every mood. Close 2nd would be Unplugged, then Nevermind in third.

Yeah the main-story TPBs finished a while ago. There was a new TPB released fairly recently, I think it has some shorts in, perhaps the ones you are talking about IC. The Hunter S. Thompson/Spider comparison hadn't escaped me. Will look at the end again when I'm back in the UK.
