You'll really like NARCOS. I enjoyed that a lot. People reviewed season 3 the best, but I like how 1-2 played out, 2 was kinda slow to start, but for S2-3 the finales are hard to beat. I'll agree with it not making any headway anywhere. The takeaway for me was that meddling with things ends up with a lot of innocent people in danger and certain situations will make characters change "this time it's different"

I'd give sicario 2 an A, it doesn't have the in your face action but makes up for it with the struggle and tension between characters. There is a bit of political driver for the plot that is new as well, and although it didn't make a whole lot of sense (based on what the team could do and did do) it does create the environment to explore characters more and bring about an unforgettable moment.

I believe I got through 6 on the Xbox 360. Can’t beat the first level and how well they did the terrain of Miami. You could see the major highways, airport, Miami Beach etc perfectly

So here's one for sci-fi fans that has a theme of robots/future and life. Each episode is self-contained and is quite entertaining - as i've only seen 3. Brian Cranston is an executive producer and from what I gather each episode is a short story from Phillip K. Dick. So if you're a fan, check it out. So far, there's been some twists in each episode, not as punch in the gut as black mirror, but neat if you don't nitpick (there are a few holes here an there in the writing) Check it out on Amazon video.

Lurker chiming in here for some other options for people that aren't technically inclined... Totally sideways, but was able to create a retro gaming box with the Mi Box (4k android box), which also doubles as a media streamer. If you have installed anything through the google store, it's totally easy to load these onto the internal memory or play off a usb stick. One emulator program did everything for genesis, snes and nes. Xbox 360 wired controllers work out of the box. It was actually more complicated to get kodi-addons installed than the emulators! eek! (but they have plenty of youtube to help out) So total is 85. 70 for the Mi Box and 15 for a used controller (and all the free movies and tv you can imagine)

no i didn't watch today's episode. But I realize something rewatching the episode 2 weeks ago: yall need to stop knocking lost. i have come to appreciate what they did there. AND... it wasn't no bsg ending. hell i got the lost box set with the board game and the hidden disc too. (that i haven't watched) but isn't that what physical media's supposed to do? just sit there until the better version comes out?

I wasn't sure what to think of off to the races... but it has grown on me. i do like her other stuff better though. Mabye im being picky, but some of the guy "yueah" are a little tiring. it's like little jon but more tolerable. Finally, NZA, I'm hearing summertime remix on the radio quite a bit lately! she's talking about her happy days when she was younger and her man played video games. "This is my idea of fun Playing video games"

being the realist here but

i have to agre baytor on this: gaga seems like her style is for attention and marketing. But it could also be her way of expressing herself. sadly we will never know. so many musical artists change their persona, miley, christina, mariah. for me, i've really given up trying to figure it out. here is another appreciation - (I think he is quite talented though but don't quite think i'll be starting a thread with him as the topic)

After watching The Great Gatsby (a great movie by the way), I have been listening to Lana Del Rey and she's a different kind of voice in a great way. here's a couple of my favs. she's like a diamond in the rough with her raspy voice

hey arty.. sadly no one will post because they are all scared of the man points they will lose. Bruno's quite talented and he's got a lot of catchy songs that aren't all that bad. +1 for posting him before he blew up the radio
