A sad day yesterday and our second suicide at FIU at the same location, Red Garage occurred today. This time, the jumper was not a homeless person. Why is it I feel worse about this than all the other killings, suicides or deaths? From the Beacon: The Miami Dade Police Department has identified the body of a young woman found early Friday morning at the Modesto Maidique Campus as Lisbel Garcia. According to Detective Javier Baez, there are no signs of foul play being involved. Garcia, 29, is not a current student at the University. Her body was found early Friday near the West side of the five-story Red Parking Garage by witnesses who called authorities to report the incident. While evidence points to a suicide, the Miami Dade Police Department is waiting for results from medical examiners before making further statements. Police are also investigating what, if any, affiliation Garcia has to the University.

there was just no way to top last season. it was too perfect oh and another side note: michael hall goes out with the actress that plays deb. so he's with his sister, but they broke up recently after being married for 2 years. wouldn't it be funny if he "upgraded" to julia styles? lol

end of season 1, gauntlet. they are absolutely evil.. gotta see the red dot and rope trick. no way! lol. watch on hulu.

anyone watch WCG Ultimate Gamer? its pretty neat to watch gamers of different specialties go head to head and what crazy challenges they are put through. actually amazed at how talented these guys are outside of video games!

karate kid 2010 vs original vs way too long for its own good. i'm GLAD i don't see whiny ralph m (yes, that part don't age well) and that the fights are pretty cool (albiet unrealistic), but the photo collage at the end isn't enough to save this one from being forgettable. pat m is a much better karate teacher and did a great job. i did like the scenery and the dynamic between jayden and jackie for a few scenes... so all in all, an updated, flawed version of the original 80s flick. they gonna do short circuit and top gun now?
