1) If the Skyrim map is framed you can hang it anywhere you want. Maps are cool. Otherwise, I don't want my house to look like I live in a fucking dorm. I enjoyed the hell out of This is the End and definitely too many dick jokes. Why are most comedies with a mostly male cast filled with dick jokes and scatological humor? Do men really think that stuff is funny? Ergh. I did find it odd that there wasn't any reference to Christian beliefs vs. Jewish beliefs. I mean, obviously this movie isn't the place to have a deep philosophical discussion, but I kept expecting at least a passing reference.

I actually do feel for Walt...my uncle is a brilliant man who reminds me a great deal of Walt. Those shelves are beautiful. Admittedly, I have no idea what all the technical mumbo jumbo means cause I'm just a plug n play type, but even I must concede the setup is pretty sweet. I didn't neg it, but 3D is dumb. However, this movie was not. I said in another post, I thought Marcus was an awful villian. He was just such a matter of fact jerk that the motivations they gave him didn't seem heartfelt. I found him irritating. Cumberbatch did not get a chance to shine as much as he could have. Ugh...not enough drama! But good action scenes. Nicely shot and the Kilngons looked awesome. Do you think this opens up the possibility for a series? It seems almost to point that way.

Saw Stark Trek. Pretty impressive. The Marcus charactter irritated me. He was such an unabashedly villianous character that I just found him irritating and his 'motivations' seemed irrelevant. Otherwise, I enjoyed it. Gotta say, there is some bromance going on. It might seem a little 'gay' seeing as how this is only the second movie and so little time had elapsed between the first. There just doesn't seem to be as much time to form that kind of attachment without it seeming over the top or romantic. However, in the original incarnation after thirty plus years, that kind of deep abiding affection between Spock and Kirk is understandable, and I believe this is what they were basing the relationship from Into Darkness on.
