Ok, seriously now: I want everyone to dig into your shoeboxes and desk drawers and find pictures. Anything that deals with Hondo's things. Group pics, headshots, anything. I'm thinking of two ideas so far, so let me know what you think. 1) Cheer's rip-off. We maybe even steal the song and show pictures of us all in that brown, sepia, old-timey, photographic....style. 2) I could try a Snatch-type intro, it might test my limits and I don't think we have the resources for it. But I'm just throwing it out there. It might be limited to the regulars though. I can use any song, provided I have it or one of you has it. Send ideas Send song titles Send pictures!!! Umm as far as pics go you can go to the Gallery and also look at some of the pics posted from poker. If you need them to be sent I can make a zip file and send it to you. The NZA Posted November 10, 2004 Share Posted November 10, 2004 Man, the cheers thing could really work for us, with an old-tyme look and all...that Guy Ritchie "Snatch" intro would be really cool shit, but youre right, it wouldnt be easy, and not as universal, focusing on a few key members & all. Have you seen the photo gallery? Lotta good shots there, im sure i can dig up more too, and making em b&w or that old photo-ish brown might do it too, you know? ...what do you have in mind for the song/jingle format? if youre thinkin fancy midi, chiefys good at that stuff. I haven't begun it at all but I have gathered all the pictures from the Member Section and I looked them over. If there is anything missing there that would look good for the intro or anything else you might think of adding let me know. for a song, since we all love rock so much I was thinking...heh. We have a mixed taste of music here, but I'm sure there is some common ground somewhere. I suggested the Cheers theme but it might be a little cliche. It could be funny though. But all you non-Floridians send pictures of yourselves hanging out with each other. All coasts, represent!!...even places with no coasts... Then i get overseas, and the cirlce is complete! and yeah, i specirifed the intro should highlight pepole from all over...i swear, im workin on projects to bring all coasts - and noncoastal - folks together...im a uniter, not a divider!
