Borat Sagdiyev the spoof Kazak reporter is now being cited as the reason behind the couple's divorce.

 

According to sources Kid Rock was not happy with the way Canadian born Anderson presented herself in the fake documentary "Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan."

 

Rock reportedly flew into a rage when he saw Borat's advances during a screening of the hit film. In the flick spoof reporter Borat, played by comic Sacha Baron Cohen, turns his trip to the US into a quest to get his dream girl Pamela.

 

"Bob started screaming at Pam, saying she had humiliated herself and telling her, 'You're nothing but a whore! You're a slut! How could you do that movie?'- in front of everyone. It was very embarrassing," Sfgate.com quoted a friend as saying.

 

The outburst caught Anderson completely off guard. She had enjoyed doing the film and Kid Rock would have the sense of humour to appreciate the spoof.

Saw this yesterday....Kid Rock thinks it was embarassing? Not just is this the highest grossing film she's ever been associated with, but it was also her best acting performance ever (when you know something could NEVER have happened without her prior knowledge legally, and in the moment, you believe she's being candid, that's a good performance), and this is the most high-concept high brow thing she's done. I can't imagine any reasonable person thinking less of her for her role in Borat, I can only imagine someone thinking more. Plus it shows he has a sense of humor about herself (which I pretty much knew from seeing a few interview and her Comedy Central Roast).
