HypnotizinChikns
heh yeah right. I don't want to spoil anything, but this does look really interesting. Moon trailer I should also add that it's by David Bowie's son...

MetalHeart
Look amazing! I hope it comes to Dallas on it's limited stint.
Maldron
Just saw it today, thought it was great. It has that hard sci-fi more-implied-than-present source of conflict, but it was a solid investment of time.

Mr. Hakujin
Just saw it today, thought it was great. It has that hard sci-fi more-implied-than-present source of conflict, but it was a solid investment of time. It's not playing in any theaters around here, so I'll likely have to wait for DVD or a good DL. Edited June 22, 2009 by Mr. Hakujin
HypnotizinChikns
big surprise. It's only playing in ONE theatere in the entire state of NH. i hate NH.
MetalHeart
You... you guys should move to Texas. We have two theaters showing it in the area!

CaterpillarScheme
Just saw this a few hours ago! Loved it. Lots. Rockwell did a really great job, and I thought it was really well paced. Although I love almost anything about space. (With the exception of 2001, but I fault Kubrick for that. And for pretty much everything else of his.) Music was really good too. spiffytee
really good movie with sam rockwell and the voice of kevin spacey. music was fantastic with haunting piano pieces. can't talk about the story too much, will give it away, but it deals with scifi, loneliness, existence, and identity. truely a oscar worthy movie. alive she cried
Almost bought this on Blu ray a few weeks ago, but picked Kill Bill 1and 2 instead. Think I'll pick it up when I get back though. Edited February 22, 2010 by alive she cried

HypnotizinChikns
yeah the climax wasn't very...climatic. Sam Rockwell was good, just the storyline didn't have any...twist.
La Lindsay
i think it was critically overhyped. for me, at least.
Reverend Jax
Saw this finally. Sam Rockwell's performance was excellent. Enjoyable and creative enough, but it could have used some tweaks in the story to really propel it into sci-fi classic status.
alive she cried
I did go back and buy it. Thoroughly enjoyed it, but yeah just short of sci-fi classic.
