  1. i agree, but clubs do not play acoustic gaga, and honestly, that's her fanbase. We just get youtube.... and if you're lucky, concerts. i was disapointed by "fame monster", but she still puts out some interesting videos.
  2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MsthwTUTylQ she's turned into the marilyn manson of pop.
  3. yes, her acoustic stuff is awesome. she doesn't write the deepest lyrics, but she can play like her soul depends on it, and you have to give her credit there. She's got ambition, talent, and a very unique voice. (and a pony poker face)
  4. Did anyone else see Brian Slade??? DID ANYONE ELSE KNOW WHO IT WAS???
  5. I'll start watching this weekend, I've heard nothing but good things about it, i just never catch it on t.v.
  6. oh dear god i almost forgort bencio del torro. i can't find any clips of him solo in this movie, but he was fucking brillant, as was the inspiration (none other than doctor gonzo himself often imitated never duplicated, but damn near close to it by none other than mr. depp). One of the best casts ever, one of the most mindfucking brillant movies of all time.
  7. THAT GUY that you two are talking about in the first post of this here thread, is AWESOME. I'd watch him play the part of a 16-17 year old girl a thousand times over, and based soley on the youtube stuff i dare say he deserves an oscar nom, he's way better than Cats (as in i want to see him again and again ). remember when brad pitt was good? not just 'sexy man married to A.J. good and acting like 'omg i'm brad pitt' in every fucking movie *coughtroyocenaseleventwelvethruwhatevercough*' but he actually acted??? thoooooose were the daaaays.... In Chuck P' s semi autobiography, "Fugitives and Refugees" he clearly states that Brad has claimed "Fight Club" as his true entrance into the acting world, and yet I've always thought of it as being "12 monkeys" that has pushed him into the limelight. even in his most eccentric roles (such as "burn after reading") he's relived the same roles over and over.
  8. YAY!!! And yeah, Mowgli's Road is AWESOME. (cuckoo!)
  9. ^^ i love it. "your tiny little patrick swazey eyes." lulz.
  10. I LOVE THE NEW CALL OF DUTY. I WANT TO MARRY IT AND HAVE TEN THOUSAND OF IT'S BABIES.

  14. I'm addicted to this song. and addicted to this video.
  15. my first response to the list Jax provided started with, "HEY! what about Boon- oh shit nevermind...". Lotr was great, as were many of the movies, but not on my personal top ten. i wouldn't shame anyone else for making them their top three.
  16. i thought Life Aquatic was okay, but the charecters in Tenebaums were just top notch. every damn one of them. As for Sam Rockwell...yeah...dreamy.
  17. based on the list jax has so graciously provided so that my head doesn't melt into goo while trying to think back ten years...i've narrowed it down to this with the help of imagination (as in if i could only watch these). 2000: memento traffic Requiem for a Dream (ass to ass, ass to ass!) 01: Amelie The Royal Tenenbaums (this is my favorite movie of all time. seriously) 02: 28 Days Later 03: Kill Bill Vol 1 04: The Incredibles 05: Batman Begins V for Vendetta 06: Pan's Labyrinth 07: Superbad 08: WALL-E The Dark Knight Tropic Thunder 09: Moon Zombieland Inglorious Basterds ------------------- Number one is easy. The rest gets a little wonky. 1. The Royal Tenenbaums 2.V for Vendetta 3.Kill Bill Vol 1 4.Pan's Labyrinth 5.Tropic Thunder 6.WALL-E 7.The Dark Knight 8.Amelie 9.Requiem for a Dream 10.Moon That was pretty hard. i wish i could fit Inglorious on there.
  18. I HATE THAT GUY. I HATE THAT COMMERCIAL. IT'S SO STUPID. HE'S SO STUPID. HATE HIMS PRECIOUSSSSSSSS!!!!
  19. ^ have you ever read the books (Exorcist)? I haven't but from what i understand they are more about the spirtual journey of the father/priest than the gooey freaky demons. now I'll have to look that up... hey look i found it on wiki, i'll be dammed. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Exorcist so yeah, looks like it follwed the book pretty close, but now i have to see for myself. I know i have that book somehere, never read it. Now I am on a misson!
