Right, checked up FearDotCom, and it seems to be a total rip-off of Ring....but I found a brilliant review for it... Yeah, the one thing that Schindler's List was lacking, a comedic turn by Rob Schneider! Anyway, the best part of the Ring that I saw was the thoroughly dark atmosphere, scares of the psychological kind, something the Japanese horror masters excel in. Hopefully that tension will make it across.

Don't know what feardotcom's about but I've seen the original Japanese version of this and it's class, plus it has Naomi Watts who blew me away in Mulholland Drive, I'm gonna go see this for definite.

Well I'm more a console gamer, no messing around with patches and a shitload of options and controls, just an easy to pick up single player scenario that's just as easy to save and quit till another time. On the other hand I do like Sim games, The Sims and Black & White, and point and click style games like Blade Runner or Discworld Noir. First person shooters, I'm shit at, console or PC, I'm shit at HalfLife and Goldeneye, though I did like a game of CounterStrike. Unfortunately my lack of skillz and shitty ping didn't help in this regard. Online RPGs, I don't have the time or dedicated line to be able to commit to any, they seem interesting tho if played fair. There's good stuff on both tho, there shouldn't be any need to draw a line between em that you have to stand on one side or the other. If you can only afford one then pick whatever seems more to your liking but don't rule out the alternatives, there're good innovative games being made for all platforms. I'll leave it at that.

Anyone wondering why and where from I picked my Senate name, member title and icon, this is the source. It is a masterpiece, a mixture of history, philosophy, drama and violence. I've read as far as vol 18 but I lost track of it so I want to re-read it from the start, I've lost one of the volumes though. When I find it I'm gonna read through the lot, I'll have caught up long before the end of the translations so I'll still get the cliffhanger last few. SoF's read some too, don't know if he checks out this corner though, he doesn't buy comics, he just reads what I lend him (mooching bastard! ). I can't recommend this highly enough. :D

Otherwise to just put something in a quote box, on the reply screen click on 'quote', put what you want quoted, then click on 'close current tag'.
