Bought X-men Noir and read it today. Enjoyable read but not for everyone. I'm waiting to pick up Spider-man Noir next. I think it will work better than trying to explain mutants but not in a noir world.

I don't what changed in me over the years. I dropped days on Morrowind. On Oblivion I dropped a couple hours. It really just didn't do it for me. Here's hoping this one can catch my interest in it again.

Having finally had the time to sit down with it all and watch it the feeling I got from the vato and the CDC eps in the series is that these were things that Kirkman wanted to do in retrospect but because he was so far in he didn't want to add to the books. I think not having a HUGE OMG WTF BBQ I HAVE TO SEE NEXT SEASON ending works better for me. I'm kinda sick of those and the beauty of the books is that it is very subtle and the little things keep you coming back.

For what it's worth I'm really into Beatles History but not the biggest fan of their music. I think that time and money can heal all wounds for most people and they would have had at least some kind of reunion.

El-Hazard (OVA) 26 May 1995 - 25 January 1996 (Yeah I know i'm pushing the line here) I can't recommend this anime highly enough. It's one of the few that once a year I will sit down and watch over again. (You just want the OVA, the TV series made me cry and not in a good way) It's got a lot of humor in it and it's actually one of the few animes i'd highly recommend the dub of and it's just all around amazing. If you have the free time look it up. -

Read "Joker" Graphic novel, Battle for the cowl and Batman: Rebirth last night. "Joker" was god damn amazing.

Picked up X-men Endangered Species today, trying to get caught up from all the house of M shennangins (back when i was still buying comics issue to issue). Going to pickup all the rise and fall of Shiar stuff soon too since i was 1/2 way through that when I stopped buying single issues.

O.k keeping on with my DCU edumacation I've finished reading the Morrison run of Batman where Damion is introduced all the way up to R.I.P. I did really like the way they showed the evolution of the Joker in it but maybe I need to give it another once over because parts of it still left me going..."huh"? On that note I read Final Crisis as well, having a very limited knowledge of the DCU made it practically unreadable at times but I stuck it through.

Anyone else really lovin' the music in that last trailer? I'm look forward to hearing the soundtrack almost as much as I want to play the game.

Firehouse subs, I just discovered these guys. What makes them special? They STEAM their bread instead of over baking it in a grill or microwave of some kind. I love me some bread and the way they steam it keeps the fresh out of the oven bread flavor.
