The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion - This is how you do an open ended RPG. 3. Dead Rising - Zombies + Lawnmower = Happiness 4. Call of Duty 2 - AWESOME GAME, launch title, but still one of the best. 5. Dead or Alive 4 - Fun as hell fighting game, great online play Now these could change if you ask me five minutes from now, other props go out to Condemned, Geometry Wars, Viva Pinata, Marvel Ultimate Alliance, Project Gotham 3, Street Fighter 2: Turbo, and Prey. Gears of War- Popped my squad-based shooter cherry kinda rough-like, but i came around eventually and now I can't live without it. Marvel Ultimate Alliance- Crapped all over near any other game this year for me, pity it has no shelf-life though. Oblivion- Immersive as all get out, whole lotta fun too. Fight Night Round 3- This is the bookend of Ultimate Alliance- Possibly even tops it as my pick for 06, with a helluva lot more shelf life. ... See, here's where I start poring over the contenders like Perfect Dark, Viva Pinata, Godfather(though it doesn't really count since it's just a port), Saint's Row, etc. But nah, last game to make the top 5 has-to-has-to be Full Auto. Game was a whole lotta fun & the worst fucking thing I ever did was trade it in for Dead Rising. I spit on that fucking thing. Woulda been simpler again if he hadn't been fired right before Xmas . So now it just sits in the glove box of the car. I told him it's no good to me, and I'm waiting like a pouncing tiger for him to ask if he can play it again, 'cause now he has another job I can say something like 'You like it enough to buy it off me? Save points are rare and a bitch, text so so small you can't read them, then just for fun all weapons break after a few wacks upside a zombies head, if your not carefull you might restart you game and you'll have start all over again and way to many escort missions which dosen't help when the A.I. stops running when being chased by zombies and you got to run back an save them. So, today I bring the card back and tell them it didn't work. They do an exchange for another one and I'm happy all the way home. Street Fighter here I come and all that. I put in the code...and the fucker doesn't work. I was up for some wall-punching but the hole from the last time is still there. Stupid wall not being able to stand my Power-Fist.
