In that, Logan first joins the X-Men in the year 2000. We know he met Xavier and Mags in the 60's but he doesn't join them till way later. I'm thinking that future Logan will travel back into past Logan, who's just killing away somewhere, and has nothing to do with the X-Men at that time.
